Payment terms
How you can pay at SEOULMATE Group restaurants and for banquets and delivery.
1. Ways to pay
We accept WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay and major international bank cards, as well as cash. The bill is presented at the end of your meal.
2. Prices and invoices
All prices are in Chinese yuan and include VAT. There is no service charge. An official invoice (fapiao) is available at the cashier on request.
3. Banquet deposits
Banquets are confirmed with a 30% deposit, which is refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours before the event. The balance is paid on the day.
4. Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup orders are paid in the SEOULMATE app when you place the order. If an item is missing or wrong, contact us within 24 hours and we will refund or replace it.
5. Card safety
Our website never takes payments and never asks for your card details. If you receive such a request in our name, please do not respond and let us know at seoulmategroup@gmail.com.
