1. About us

The website is operated by SEOULMATE Group, which runs SEOULMATE Grill, SEOULMATE Pocha and SEOULMATE Hansik in Hangzhou. Contact us at seoulmategroup@gmail.com.

2. Table bookings

Online bookings are available for groups of up to 12 guests. A booking is confirmed once you receive our call or text message.

We hold your table for 15 minutes after the booked time. If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible so that we can offer the table to other guests. For larger groups, please send a banquet request.

3. Banquets and events

Banquets and private events are confirmed with a 30% deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours before the event. Menus and the final number of guests should be agreed no later than three days in advance.

4. Menu, prices and allergens

Prices are in Chinese yuan and include taxes. Dishes, prices and opening hours may change, and seasonal dishes are available while stocks last. Photos are for illustration and the served dish may look slightly different.

Our kitchens handle nuts, sesame, soy, gluten, seafood and other allergens. Please tell your server about any allergy before ordering: we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that a dish is free from traces.

5. Promotions and promo codes

Each promotion is valid on the dates and terms shown on its page. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied to a bill that has already been paid. We may end a promotion early if it is misused.

6. SEOULMATE Club

Points, levels and cashback are governed by the rules published on the SEOULMATE Club page. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person.

7. Alcohol

Alcoholic drinks are served only to guests aged 18 and over. Our staff may ask for ID and may refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated.

8. Reviews and messages

Reviews and messages you send must be honest and respectful. We may shorten or remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to our restaurants. By sending a review, you allow us to show it on our website and social media.

9. Intellectual property

The names, logos, texts, photos and design of this website belong to SEOULMATE Group. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Liability

We work hard to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided as is. We are not responsible for third-party websites and apps linked from it, or for temporary interruptions of the website.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute will first be resolved through friendly discussion and, if that fails, by the courts of Hangzhou.
